| Notes: Director: John Halas; This Canadian Sci-Fi animated film is an anthology composed of 10 different segments. Of Jewish interest is the one called “So Beautiful & So Dangerous” that includes the voice acting of the best and most famous Canadian comedians of the time. In that story, Gloria, a gum chewing, beautiful, buxom bimbo Jewish stenographer aboard a spaceship, ends up having sex with ship’s robot who gets serious and wants to eventually marry Gloria. In the end she relents and says: “Alright, alright, I’ll marry you but on one condition. I want a Jewish wedding! Um, I forgot, are you circumcised?” Luckily, this segment and the immortal Gloria do appear on one of the lobby cards. |
